We are a 4bed residential based Adult Family Home for ambulatory individuals who require 24-hour assistance 7 days a week.

It is an alternative for individuals not requiring specialized care in a nursing home. Carter’s Quality Care will conduct a complete assessment to assure the facility meet the needs of the resident.
